Team Friendly
Would you like to be a part of Mr Friendly’s mission? Learn to fight the stigma of HIV the Mr Friendly way: recruitment for HIV testing, finding people living with HIV that need support and creating an atmosphere in your community that raises awareness about HIV.
Your organization, club or agency can train “Team Friendly” representatives in the “how to’s” of Mr Friendly.
The Team Friendly training is a modular 4 hour program on:
• Beyond the basics of HIV with an emphasis on “love for all”
• Understanding stigma and how we progress beyond stigma of HIV
• Creating goals and how to achieve them
This training is highly interactive, adaptable – and FUN! Participants will be given a Team Friendly Guide that will educate and inspire you to pass on Mr Friendly’s message. An outreach event at a bar, a welcoming message at your office, or even a fundraising and awareness campaign are just a few benefits of incorporating Mr Friendly into your mission.
Cost of training: $500 plus expenses. Yes, we will work with you if need be! Please keep in mind that Mr Friendly has proven to help raise funds in a variety of ways. Mr Friendly will be a “black line item” on your budget!
